Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the NovaOps AI platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NovaOps AI website, Launchpad Nova platform, Nova OPS services, and all related products, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services") operated by NovaOps AI ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the Services, or clicking "I Agree" on any applicable agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.
NovaOps AI provides two core product lines:
A suite of AI-powered tools designed for founders and early-stage businesses. Tools include idea validation, pitch generation, go-to-market strategy, business planning, competitor analysis, and related features. Some tools are available on a free tier; advanced features require a paid subscription.
A done-for-you AI automation service where NovaOps AI installs, configures, and maintains automation systems for your business. This includes CRM setup, lead follow-up sequences, missed call text-back, appointment booking, reputation management, and related services. Nova OPS is a managed service delivered by our team over a contracted onboarding period.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice, except where modification is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

You may not create accounts using automated means, under false pretenses, or for the purpose of abusing the Services. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.
Paid Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred in connection with your account. You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Launchpad Nova subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Nova OPS onboarding fees: Due to the labor-intensive nature of the onboarding build, setup fees are non-refundable once the build sprint (Days 5–10) has commenced. Monthly retainer fees may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We will add applicable taxes to your invoice where required by law.
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and other content, are owned by or licensed to NovaOps AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of our Services without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant NovaOps AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.
Outputs generated by Launchpad Nova AI tools based on your inputs are provided for informational purposes. You may use AI-generated outputs for your own business purposes. NovaOps AI does not claim ownership of outputs generated from your inputs, but makes no warranty about their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use that feedback without compensation to you.
You agree not to use the Services to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time by contacting us at ansh@nova-ops.space or through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, your account poses a security risk, or we are required to do so by law. In cases of serious violation, termination is immediate with no refund.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will meet your specific requirements; (b) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or reliable; or (d) any errors in the Services will be corrected.

Results described in our case studies and marketing materials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results. Your actual results may vary based on your industry, market conditions, implementation, and other factors outside our control.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOVAOPS AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NovaOps AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be subject to informal negotiation. Either party may initiate the dispute resolution process by providing written notice to the other party. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Each claim must be brought individually.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (using the address associated with your account) and/or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account before the effective date.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and NovaOps AI regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
