Do I need technical skills or coding knowledge? +

None whatsoever. NovaOps is built for operators and founders, not developers. You do not need to write code, configure APIs, or understand any technical concepts.

For the automation systems, our team handles 100% of the technical setup — API connections, webhook configuration, integrations, testing, and QA. Your only job is to review and approve the flows before we go live.

For the LaunchpadNova AI tools, you simply fill in the form fields and the AI does the rest.

How long does it take to get set up? +

Most clients are fully live within 14 days of their first strategy call. Here is the typical timeline:

How does the Business Plan Generator work? +

The Business Plan Generator produces a full, investor-ready business plan from a short form you fill in. You provide your business idea, target market, revenue model, and a few other inputs — the AI produces a structured plan covering:

  • Market analysis and competitive landscape
  • Revenue model and pricing strategy

How does the First 10 Customers Finder work? +

The hardest part of any new business is getting the first paying customers. This tool generates a step-by-step acquisition plan specifically for your offer and customer type.

You describe your product or service and your ideal customer, and the AI outputs: where to find them (platforms, communities, events), what to say to get their attention, and a prioritized sequence of outreach actions to land your first 10 paying customers — without paid ads.

What is the Kill My Idea tool? +

Can I export my business plan as a PDF? +

Yes. All outputs from the LaunchpadNova tools — including the Business Plan Generator — can be exported as formatted PDFs or copied to your clipboard. PDF export is available on the Founder plan and above. Free plan users can copy the full text output.

How accurate are the AI outputs? +

Our AI tools are built on state-of-the-art language models trained on large volumes of business, marketing, and entrepreneurship content. The outputs are high-quality starting points — most founders treat them as a strong first draft and refine from there.

That said, AI doesn't have access to real-time market data or your specific financial history. We recommend treating outputs as expert-level strategic frameworks and validating market size numbers with your own primary research. The tools are substantially better than starting from scratch and better than most generic business plan templates.

Yes to all three. GoHighLevel is actually our most common platform — we build natively inside GHL and can supercharge any existing GHL account with our automation systems. HubSpot and Salesforce are also fully supported with native API integrations.

If you are not on any platform yet and starting fresh, we will recommend the best CRM for your specific use case during the discovery call and help you get it fully configured as part of your onboarding at no extra cost.

  • Founder: All 20 AI tools, PDF exports, priority support, and 2 automation systems
  • Growth: All 20 AI tools + all 6 automation systems + dedicated implementation team + ongoing optimization
  • Agency / Enterprise: Custom automation builds, white-label options, multi-location support, and SLA-backed service

All paid plans are month-to-month. Annual plans receive a 2-month discount.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard, and you will retain full access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties whatsoever.

For annual subscribers, cancellation stops future renewal. We do not prorate refunds for unused months on annual plans, unless the cancellation falls within the 30-day money-back guarantee window.

Is there a setup fee? +

For automation plans (Founder and above), there is a one-time onboarding fee that covers the discovery audit, full system build, integrations, testing, and launch. This fee is clearly listed on the pricing page and is discussed before you sign up — there are no surprises.

The LaunchpadNova tool-only plans have no setup fee at all. You sign up and get instant access.

What is the 30-day money-back guarantee? +

If you are not satisfied with NovaOps AI within the first 30 days of being live, we will refund your full monthly subscription payment — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all paid plans.

The guarantee covers your subscription fee. The one-time onboarding fee is non-refundable after go-live, as the build work has been completed at that point. To claim your refund, simply email us at ansh@nova-ops.space within 30 days of your go-live date.

What is the 14-day live guarantee? +

We guarantee your automation systems will be fully live and operational within 14 business days of your first strategy call. If we miss that deadline due to anything on our end — and not because of delays in the client providing credentials or access — we will credit your account for the delay period at a prorated daily rate.

This guarantee exists because we know speed matters. Every day without automation is revenue left on the table.

Do you offer annual billing discounts? +

Yes. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing — effectively giving you 2 months free per year. Annual plans are billed upfront and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If you are a new customer, we recommend starting on monthly billing to confirm the platform is a great fit for your business, then switching to annual billing once you are seeing strong results.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — processed securely through Stripe. We also accept ACH bank transfers for annual plans and Enterprise accounts. Invoice-based billing is available for qualifying Enterprise clients upon request.

Can I switch plans? +

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you get the full value of your current plan.

Is my data secure? +

Yes. We take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure and do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service you signed up for.

Your customer data — contacts, conversations, leads — lives in your own CRM and calendar accounts. We access it only through secure API integrations using the minimum permissions necessary to operate. You retain full ownership and control of your data at all times. For Enterprise clients, we can sign a custom Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request.
