What's the difference between Launchpad and Nova?
Launchpad is for the build phase — 10 AI tools to validate ideas, create pitches, map go-to-market, find customers, and generate content. Nova is for the operate phase — done-for-you CRM, lead capture, automations, follow-up, onboarding, and reporting systems. Launch plan unlocks Launchpad. Operate plan adds Nova.
Can I start on Free and upgrade later?
Yes. The Starter plan is permanently free with access to core validation tools. You can upgrade to Launch, Operate, or Scale at any time — your data and history carry over automatically.
How long does Nova OS setup take?
Typically 14 days from your onboarding call. We handle everything — you complete a 60-minute kickoff session, then we build and configure all six Nova systems for your specific business.
Do I need both Launchpad and Nova?
Not necessarily. Pre-launch founders often start with Launchpad only (Launch plan). Established businesses that already have a product skip straight to Nova (Operate plan). The Scale plan is for businesses ready to optimize and expand aggressively.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled any time. Scale plan includes a 30-day minimum due to the custom build work involved.
