If you cancel, we provide a full handoff document, your GHL account stays active (with your own GHL subscription), and you keep all your automations and data. Many clients who cancel come back within a few months when they realize the value — and we welcome that, no questions asked.
Your system stays in your GoHighLevel account and keeps running exactly as-is. You own everything — the workflows, the AI conversation flows, the CRM data, the nurture sequences. We simply stop managing it. We'll provide a full handoff document and training materials so you or a team member can maintain it independently going forward.
