When that lead converts to a job, the revenue is tagged as AI-attributed. You receive a monthly dashboard showing every conversation, booking, and closed job tied to the system. We only invoice for revenue with clear AI attribution — no ambiguity.
The percentage (10–20%) is determined during your strategy call based on your average job value, your current lead volume, and the complexity of the system we're building. Businesses with higher average job values (e.g., roofing, solar, home remodeling) typically land closer to 10%. Service businesses with higher volume but lower ticket sizes may be 15–18%. We agree on the percentage before any work begins, and it's locked in.
Yes — many clients start on Revenue Share, see the results, then upgrade to the Done-For-You plan so they own the system outright. When you upgrade, we credit your setup fees paid under the Revenue Share plan toward the Done-For-You investment. The transition is seamless since your system is already built inside GoHighLevel.
We ask for a minimum 90-day commitment — long enough for the system to be properly tuned and for you to see meaningful results. After that, it's month-to-month. Since our compensation depends entirely on your revenue, we have every incentive to keep performing. If results aren't there, we don't make money either.
